2023.8.28.

トルクメニスタン旅行最大の障害の原因がビザ取得。覚悟をきめて、2023年３月、ネットにでていたトルクメニスタン在住の旅行会社にメールを出したところ、招待状を手配するので、パスポートの写しと、写真を送るように言ってきた。すぐに準備して送信すると、六月末には政府公認の招待状を送るといってきた。二泊三日で570ドルは、日本のパックを利用して旅行するより、支出がすくなくてすむ。招待状が届き、渋谷の東町にある大使館でビザを出してもらった。

アシガバートのスポーツホテル、朝七時に朝食、宿泊客はトルクメニスタン人がほとんどだと思う。ホテルマンは無愛想。慣れてくれば普通。

九時に迎え、アハルテケ馬の農場に向かう。自家製のりんごジュースに乾燥アプリコットを食べた後、初めての乗馬、半ズボンは似合わず反省。アラブ種の原型で現存する最古の種馬。

モスクを見学して、その隣の昔の砦跡に建てられたロシア侵略記念館にゆく。女性も銃をとる絵画を見る限り、トルクメニスタン人はウクライナに同情するのであろう。といってレーニン像は破壊されず存置されていた。

前大統領が建設したモスクにゆく。一時にホテルに戻ると、flydubaiからSNSがきた。オンラインチェックインの催促メール。何故かホテルのwifiはブロックされてflydubaiのHPに繋がらない。ルームサービスにティーバックなどを持ってきてもらい一休。

三時にフダイクリが迎え。ショッピングセンター周りに出かける。写真を撮っていいかと尋ねると、みせのひとはあまり好まないとのこと。ハミウリの切り身をサービスされ、これがまた甘い。バナナ四本かう。28マナで2ドルをフダイクリに渡す。一本50セントだからそんなものか。

白づくめの建物にも飽きてきたので五時にホテルへ。秋に結婚するというフダイクリにわかれをつげた。

トルクメニスタンは、天然ガスなどに恵まれ、各種サービスが無償提供されている様子は、原発交付金に恵まれ、豪華な箱物に加えて住民サービスが充実している日本の地方の自治体を想起させる。

Drive to visit Nissa fortress -the Sanctuary of Parthian Kings. UNESCO declared fortress a World Heritage Site in 2007. Nissa described as one of the first capitals of the Parthians. It was founded by Arsaces I (reigned c. 250 BC – 211BC), and reputedly the royal necropolis of the Parthian Kings, although it has neither been established that the fortress at Nissa was a royal residence or a mausoleum. Afternoon you will have Ashgabat city tour. You will see Presidential Palace, Ruhyyet Palace, Wedding Palace, modern “Yildyz” Hotel, Ferries Wheel, Constitution Monument, Arch of Neutrality, Monument and park of Independence, Ertogrul Gazy Mosque, Ashgabat 2017 Sports and Housing 　　　　　　　　　　　　

アハルテケは、トルクメニスタン原産の馬の品種。スピードと長距離の持久力が高く、毛色から「黄金の馬」として知られている。アハルは地名、テケは、トルクメン人の部族の一つである「テケ」に由来する。トルクメニスタンの国章にもあしらわれている。現存する最古の馬種のひとつと考えられている。 アハルテケ（Akhal-Teke、トルクメン語：Ahalteke、IPA:ahalˈtеkje、ロシア語：Ахалтеки́нец）は、トルクメニスタン原産の馬の品種。スピードと長距離の持久力が高く、毛色から「黄金の馬」として知られている^[2]。アハルは地名、テケは、トルクメン人の部族の一つである「テケ（英語版）」に由来する。トルクメニスタンの国章にもあしらわれている^[3]^[4]。現存する最古の馬種のひとつと考えられている^[2]。現在ではトルクメニスタンの国際アハルテケ協会が保護に取り組んでおり、指導を受けたブリーダーがトルクメニスタンの他、ロシア、ヨーロッパ、オーストラリア、北アメリカ、日本、中国などで飼育している^[5]。この品種はロシアで人気となり、国立牧場で育成繁殖が確立した。多くのアハルテケが北コーカサス山脈のテルスク牧場で生産され、後にダゲスタン牧場にヘッドブリーダーのウラジミール・ペトロヴィチ・シャンボラント Vladimir Petrovich Chamborant （露：Владимир Петрович Шамборант）と移った 1881年、トルクメニスタンはロシア帝国の一部となった。部族はツァーと戦い、結局敗れた。ロシアの将軍クロパトキンは、部族民との戦いで見たこの馬へ愛着を抱き、アハル・オアシス近辺で暮らしていたトルクメンの部族の一つであるテケ（英語版）との戦争の後に育成牧場を設立し、この馬の名前を「アハルテケ」に変えた。1941年、ロシアで 287 の種牡馬と 468 の繁殖牝馬を収録した最初のスタッドブックが出版された。地元のトルクメン人は食べることを拒否したが、ソビエト連邦は食肉用の虐殺を要求し、この品種は大きな打撃を受けた ^[13] 。僅か1,250頭の馬だけが残り、ソビエト連邦からの輸出は禁止された。トルクメニスタン政府は現在、馬の育成プログラムのために数頭を競売にかける他は、外交上の贈り物にこの馬を使っている。中央アジアでは牡馬の去勢は行われていない https://youtu.be/fNuUEHQgIcw 　28.08 Day 2: Ashgabat BF at hotel. After drive to Gokdepe fortress that was attacked in December 1880 by Russian Empire Army. The siege of Gokdepe lasted 23 days, after which the city was taken by storm. Visit Geokdepe Mosque (Saparmyrat Hajy) that was built in 1995 to commemorate the defeat and is noted for its mint-turquoise blue colored roof and white marble structure. Then visit Gokdepe museum about the battle between Russians and local tribe “Akhalteke” in 1881. Later drive to visit Horse Farm to see a national proud of Turkmen people – Akhalteke horses, the nicest horses in the world. 5000 years ago, Turkmens begin breed Akhalteke horses. The World’s unique breed was never mixed with other breeds. Such illustrious Emperors like Alexander the Great, Darius I desired to own Ahalteke horses. There are over 35 beautiful horses in the farm. Per superstition, every sick person who touches an Ahalteke horse will get well soon. Drive to visit Turkmenbashy Ruhy Mosque in Kipchak (the largest mosque in Central Asia). Overnight at Hotel. 29.08 Day 3: Ashgabat BF at hotel. Transfer to Ashgabat International airport.
